Policies

Refund Policy:
Reservation Fees are refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to reservation date.  There is a $ 10.00 processing fee for all reservation refunds.  Any reservation canceled within the 7-day period will not be refunded, but can be applied to a future stay within 12 months of the original reservation dates.  The reservation fee is not transferable.

Pet Policy:
Recreational Pets are permitted but must be less than 5 pounds; pets must be controlled and cleaned up after by the guest.  Any pets deemed inhospitable to management or other guests will not be permitted to stay on the property.  A Pet Deposit of $ 200.00 is required and returned upon checkout after inspection of Villas furniture and physical structure. Registered service animals are permitted without a fee as long as the proper paperwork is presented. If you have a question about your animal, please contact us.

Early Departure Policy:
Sometimes our trips do not go as planned. If a guest has planned to stay with us for a month or longer, and finds that the trip has to be cut short, please give us 30 days notice. If 30 days notice is provided, we will prorate the stay based on monthly rates. All other early departures will be prorated based on daily rates. We do ask guests who decide to stay LONGER than originally planned to please provide as much notice as possible.  If we are able to accommodate your request we will do so.

Guest Conduct Expectations:
We pride ourselves in providing a safe and quiet atmosphere, and we ask all our guests to abide by Costa Rican law while visiting. Anyone found to be in violation of any criminal statutes will be required to leave immediately without consideration for refunds. Any guests deemed unruly or inhospitable to management or other guests may be asked to leave, and any refunds will be applied in accordance with the early departure policy.
