Norma’s has two Parrots, a male and female, which have been with the family over 35 years. Before you ask, NO their wings are not clipped. The Parrots are often the rowdiest guests we have around sunset, they talk and laugh up a storm. It is not uncommon for us to release them while their cage is cleaned. And they always return.
