About Us
Norma’s Villas has been family-owned and operated since the 1980s. Our vision and our accommodations have expanded and broadened considerably since then, and yet we have still held on to the values of hospitality and that “cozy” feeling that our first visitors enjoyed.
“Norma’s Villas” is named for founder Doña Norma, who is a native of Costa Rica and resides on the property now. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently and is always willing to give advice on where to go, how to get there, and what to do while in Costa Rica.
Guests’ stays range anywhere from
a couple of days, to a year. Norma’s Villas is about twenty minutes
away from the airport (SJO) and a half hour away from San Jose, the
nation’s capital city. La Garita itself is a quiet town and is perfect
for visitors who crave the calm countryside. Please look at our photos
